Rachael Baker is a highly experienced relationships and sex educator based in Birmingham UK. A qualified teacher and SEND specialist, Rachael has worked in a broad range of education settings including mainstream secondary schools, alternate provision, pupil referral units, special schools and special colleges. 

From 2019 - 2025, Rachael worked for Sex Education Forum as the Senior RSE Specialist, designing and delivering training to RSE professionals. Rachael now works as a freelance relationships and sex education consultant, and works with Bodysense Education and Split Banana. 

Rachael delivers training to teachers and educators, as well as other professionals working with learners with SEND including care providers and learning disability nurses. Rachael specialises in supporting schools to develop strategies to address sexualised behaviour with dignity.
